Comments: A few months back, my wife and I found Lazer's (owner of NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain Cleaning) contact info via Google HomeAdvisor as we needed to get a boiler installed, but luckily at that time the boiler company provided free installations - however, we saved Lazer's contact info incase we needed further work. Earlier today, I needed to get an urgent blockage/clog fixed in our basement sink and reached out to Lazer, who was beyond helpful in terms of pricing and availability. He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!! Lets just say, moving forward I know for sure Lazer and his team will be my go-to people for any plumbing needs. Not only are they fast, helpful and respond right away; but they are very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and very reasonably priced. Overall, amazing work and very reliable!! Highly recommend!!

I did all of this on Sunday 2/24/19 and I received a phone call with in 15 minutes. That same day someone came over with in a couple of hours to give me an estimate. Once agreed on what hot water heater I needed and price, they returned the very next day (2/25/19) to perform the job. They showed up exactly on the time agreed and stuck to the price agreed upon. NYC plumbing was very nice and professional. Upon the completion of the job they walked me through the different settings on the new hot water heater unit. I received a receipt for the job as well as business cards. The company cleaned up the work area as if you never knew they were there. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.

He was able to fix the larger problem and recommended follow-up services to ensure that the problem does not reoccur. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Great price and great service.

Comments: There was a leak in the bathroom in my 92 year old Aunt's house. I got a quick response from Lazar to my Homeadvisor request. I met Fredi at my Aunt's house he methodically worked through the pipes to determine the leak and set up repair for the next day. They worked quickly and neatly. I appreciate that greatly since I was acting on behalf of my Aunt. I would hire them again.

Comments: I have a turbo flush toilet (Sloan flushmate model number M-101526-F3)The water wasn’t going into the casing and overflowing into the tank when after the flushing and when it is Re-filling. When flushing there was very little pressure and the water was leaking outside of the tank unto the floor and then running down to my first floor apartment. I was able to locate read about this company through Home advisor.I left a message for the company and got a response in less than five minutes. One of their professionals ,Freddy, came to our home quickly and assessed the situation. He was honest and forward regarding the whole toilet unit (Gerber) would have to be replaced. They did not have the whole unit in stock so Freddy went over to one of their supply sources and the owner of the company contacted me giving an estimate as well as a fair offer for the unit and labor. The first run did not go smoothly due to some problems resulting from some bad floor tiling done in my bathroom area a couple of years ago. But after several tries and patient expertise by Freddie the work was completed. I appreciated the professional and friendly manner in which Freddy engaged my family as well as his ability to break down the plumbing problem in clear layman's terms for us. He also gave me good and encouraging maintenance advice. I am keeping this company in my phone contacts list.
